Fundamentals Refresher

Group & Individual Sessions Cover:

  • Individual On Air presentation evaluations (Done for each talent)
  • How station objectives & personal goals can both be achieved
  • Most effective ways to communicate among staff
  • Planning and show prep practices
  • Handling live Remotes/personal appearances
  • Reviewing interview techniques

There will be 30 to 45-minute private sessions with each air personality and one staff group session. All
visits are customized to the company needs.

For fly-ins your company will be responsible for air, hotel, food, and ground transportation to and from
the airport. I suggest the individual and group sessions be held on a Friday or Saturday.

Your company can also opt for the Zoom Alternative instead of a Fly-in.
