POD DIGITAL MEDIA (PDM) has hired BRITTANY RAE WILLIAMS as Sr. Dir./Partnerships. She will oversee experiential and live activation growth for the company’s rep firm division. POD is the first multicultural podcast agency network representing more than 400 shows hosted by Black and Latino podcasters.

WILLIAMS most recently spent two years at iHEARTMEDIA as a Sr. Account Exec., selling podcasts like DRINK CHAMPS AND CLUB SHAY SHAY, as well as radio shows such as THE BREAKFAST CLUB, THE ANGIE MARTINEZ SHOW, AND WAY UP WITH ANGELA YEE. She also worked on partnerships for iHEART’s BLACK EFFECT PODCAST FESTIVAL.

Prior to that, she was a Sponsorship Activation Mgr. at ESSENCE COMMUNICATIONS and spent nine years at EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS in radio sales for WQHT (HOT 97) and WBLS (107.5)/NEW YORK. In 2021, she secured more than $700,000 in new sponsorships for HOT 97’s SUMMER JAM CONCERT.

In addition to her work in sales, she’s the founder of BRITTANY RAE PRODUCTIONS, where she writes, directs, and produces content for television, theater, and films. Her original production, MIDNIGHT MUGSHOT, had sold-out performances at NEW YORK’s ALVIN AILEY THEATER in 2019.
