iHeartMedia Celebrates Black History Month With Podcasts, Music, Nationwide Campaign
iHEARTMEDIA is honoring BLACK HISTORY MONTH with a collection of podcasts, music, and the nationwide “WHAT BLACK HISTORY MONTH MEANS TO ME” campaign.
The company released a statement, “Across the country, local iHEARTMEDIA talent are sharing their perspective on the true meaning of this annual celebration of BLACK history and culture and inviting listeners to join the conversation by going online and answering what BLACK HISTORY means to them.”
Featured podcasts include “MY LEGACY,” hosted by MARTIN LUTHER KING III, ANDREA WATERS KING, MARC KIELBURGER, and CRAIG KIELBURGER, along with the special daily podcast series “I DIDN’T KNOW, MAYBE YOU DIDN’T EITHER.” The iHEARTRADIO platform also features “BLACK HISTORY MONTH RADIO” and curated BLACK HISTORY MONTH playlists.
