The ALLIANCE FOR WOMEN IN MEDIA FOUNDATION (AWMF) recently (5/20) celebrated the 50th anniversary of the GRACIE AWARDS at the BEVERLY WILSHIRE HOTEL in BEVERLY HILLS, CA.

The annual gala—also a fundraiser supporting AWMF’s educational and advocacy initiatives—honored a record-breaking 160 recipients across Television, Radio, and Digital media.

The ceremony was hosted by comedian and actress FORTUNE FEIMSTER and featured appearances by JIMMY KIMMEL, MONICA LEWINSKY, CHRISTINA HENDRICKS, JENNA DEWAN, and KYLE RICHARDS. GRAMMY-winning artist CAM closed the evening with a live performance.

Local and student honorees will be celebrated at a separate GRACIE AWARDS LUNCHEON on TUESDAY, JUNE 18th at CIPRIANI in NEW YORK CITY.

Among the 160 honorees:

ANGELA YEE (WAY UP WITH ANGELA YEE) iHEARTMEDIA/PREMIERE NETWORKS was honored in the Radio – Nationally Syndicated Commercial category for Host/Personality.

ESTHER DILLARD (DAUGHTERS BEYOND INCARCERATION/THE BLACK PERSPECTIVE, iHEARTMEDIA/(BIN) BLACK INFORMATION NETWORK was recognized for Radio – Nationally Syndicated Commercial News Feature.

MEGAN THEE STALLION’s IN HER WORDS (PRIME VIDEO) received the award for TV – National Documentary.

The 2025 event was produced by women-led teams from DO GREAT PROJECTS and MYTHICAL CREATURES, with KRISTIN WHALLEY serving as Exec. Producer. All production teams were women-led.
