“We’re excited about this year’s drive and our continued partnership with the NEGRO LEAGUES BASEBALL MUSEUM and the SALVATION ARMY. Together, we are making a difference in our community by collecting warm clothing items for those who need it most.”

NLBM Pres. BOB KENDRICK commented, “We can’t thank the CARTER BROADCAST GROUP enough for including the NEGRO LEAGUES BASEBALL MUSEUM to step up to the plate and go to bat for the community this holiday season.”

“This is a tremendous opportunity to help those in need. We hope this incredible gesture by the CARTER BROADCAST GROUP will motivate the KANSAS CITY community to donate gently used items to help support PROJECT WARMTH and the SALVATION ARMY.”

SALVATION ARMY KC Area Commander MAJOR XAVIER MONTENEGRO added, “For the second year, PROJECT WARMTH has partnered with our friends at KPRS and the NEGRO LEAGUES BASEBALL MUSEUM to collect coats and warm clothing items for those who need them.
