TRAVIS SCOTT’s CACTUS JACK FOUNDATION has launched the CACT.US DESIGN CENTER in HOUSTON, TX. Its mission is to empower students in fashion, design, and music, reported AFROTECH.

The 60,000-square-foot facility at TXRX LABS, serves at-risk middle and high school students, offering training, mentorship, and career exposure in creative industries. The foundation also awards $10,000 scholarships in partnership with the FASHION SCHOLARSHIP FUND through its DESIGN ETHOS PROGRAM.

Additionally, the CACTUS JACK FOUNDATION and the FASHION SCHOLARSHIP FUND have launched “CACTUS JACK DESIGN ETHOS 101,” an online course introducing “design disruption” as a concept. The course features video modules led by the CACTUS JACK TEAM, followed by multiple-choice assessments requiring a 70% passing score. The initiative includes a competition with multiple $10,000 prizes, granting winners access to the CACT.US DESIGN CENTER EXPERIENCE alongside scholarship recipients.
