Diddy Denied Bail, Read The Full Indictment
SEAN “DIDDY” COMBS’ lawyers requested bail again on WEDNESDAY (9/18), offering a $50 million package using his MIAMI BEACH mansion as collateral. However, the request was denied, and he will stay in federal custody until his trial.
Judge ANDREW CARTER said he posed a threat to potential witness tampering and obstruction. DIDDY faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution. He was arrested on MONDAY (9/16). Read the full indictment here.
DIDDY is currently being held at the METROPOLITAN DETENTION CENTER (MDC). The former Warden of the facility CAMERON LINDSAY told TMZ that he believes that DIDDY’s placement in solitary confinement is necessary.
“His high-profile status and the nature of the charges make him a potential target in prison. LINDSAY also suggests that some inmates might see harming DIDDY as a “Badge of honor.”
DIDDY receives 1,800 calories daily. His meals are prepared in advance and stored. He has restricted access due to his confinement and his privileges are limited. DIDDY’s allowed minimal access to the library and phone.
